Prologue

Alkisah seorang gadis memiliki pandangan yang berbeda

dengan kebanyakan orang. Ia selalu memperhatikan segala sesuatu

dan mempertanyakan hal yang berkaitan dengan benda yang diamatinya.

Tapi ia terbiasa sendiri, maka pertanyaan itu dipendamnya,

dicarinya jawaban itu sendirian.

Sering kali ketika ia mulai memperhatikan suatu benda

--kemudian ia bertanya pada dirinya sendiri--

ketika itulah orang-orang melihatnya sebagai tukang melamun.

Tak jarang yang ia amati bukan benda

melainkan wajah orang. Karena ia selalu mencari wajah yang ia kenal.

Entah siapa yang sesungguhnya ia cari.

Dan ketika ia menemukan kemiripan dengan orang yang ia kenal,

atau orang yang ia rasa pernah ia lihat,

maka matanya mulai terpaku sedang benaknya tak disitu.

Matanya terbuka tapi seolah ia tidak melihat.

Karena ketika itu otaknya mulai bekerja dan bayang-bayang mulai muncul.

Dan ketika ia sadar kembali, wajah orang-orang yang ia tatap menatapnya balik.

Karena memang waktu berlalu terlalu lama.

Dan gadis itu pun berpaling menyadari kesalahpahaman yang ia timbulkan.

"Untung saja benda-benda itu tidak akan pernah salah paham.

Cukup manusia saja, jangan ditambah lagi."

Itu pikirnya dalam hati.

Tapi gadis itu pemalu dan mudah salah tingkah.

Menambah daftar faktor yang membuat orang terkadang salah paham terhadapnya.

Dan ia telah cukup lama menjalani fakta ini.

Mengapa jarang orang menyadari ini?

Skenario

Kalian pasti pernah kan merasakan 

apa yang sering kita sebut sebagai kebetulan?

     Ya, aku pun begitu, dan belakangan ini menjadi sering. Tak jarang hal itu luput

hingga aku telat menyadarinya. Tapi, justru karena telat itulah aku jadi tidak menyadari

betapa banyak kata kebetulan yang dapat kutulis dalam fakta yang datangnya

tiba-tiba ini. Beberapa tokoh dalam fakta ini pun tidak benar-benar ku kenal.

Bahkan aku tak sadar pernah bertemu sebelumnya. Terhadap hal ini,

aku harus bagaimana?

Kita hidup dalam skenario yang kita bagun(yaitu pilihan-pilihan yang kita ambil)

dan juga skenario tak terduga
yang telah ditetapkan bahkan sebelum kita lahir. Skenario inilah yang
melengkapi hidup kita dengan kejutan, tantangan, dan cobaan sehingga
hidup kita tidak datar dan membosankan. Maka, terhadap skenario ini aku
akan menjalaninya dengan ikhlas, tabah, dan sebaik mungkin.

Toh, tak ada yang tau ke mana skenario ini akan membawa kita.

Waktu berputar dan berlalu.

Dan kita tak bisa diam, kita dituntut untuk maju.

Semangatlah, nikmatilah, kelak kau akan tau.

PS:
Just like this poem, sometimes me too thinking about how if in the past I took another choice. Would it lead me to feel like what I feel today? What would it change if I did took another choice? Well, no one can predict that. I could just say thanks to God for my life :))
